My Journey

  • Indiana University (2013-2017)

I attended IU Bloomington from 2013-2017, earning a B.S. in Informatics (Human Computer Interaction/design) from the School of Informatics, Computing, and Engineering.

  • NSWC Crane (Present)

I began my professional career here as a design intern in 2017. In June 2018, I became the Senior UI/UX Designer & Design Lead.

In this role, I developed overarching UX research and design strategy for the Enterprise Application team. In my capacity as the Design Lead, I employed all manner of research and design methodologies to lead to a marked improvement of the team’s service offerings.

I also developed my abilities to lead, build consensus, and effectively manage the digital products our team produced.

  • OCS (2024)

In January 2024 I started OCS to help small business owners enhance their digital presence. I develop strategy, build websites, and help owners build experiences that engage their customers in meaningful ways.
