About Me
Ever since I read The Design of Everyday Things by Don Norman in high school, I have had a passion for human-centered design. This is what led me to study Human Computer Interaction/design at Indiana University.
Upon graduating, I went to work for a Naval research & design laboratory where I put what I learned in school to practice. As a Senior UX Designer and Design Lead for an enterprise application team, I developed overarching UX strategy, guided a design team, and employed every manner of UX research and design strategies to improve the user experience of dozens of enterprise applications.
In my free time, I operate a small digital marketing consultancy (OCS) that specializes in helping small businesses utilize the latest technology and processes to reach a wider audience and create customer-centered content and expeiences.
I believe in a world made better by good design.
